A conversation starts when a visitor opens the chat widget and says something, and ends when they leave or the session times out. A single visitor interaction = one conversation, regardless of how many messages are exchanged.
What happens when I exceed my monthly conversations?
Additional conversations are billed at $0.39 each — still far cheaper than any human outreach. You can set a hard cap in your dashboard if you prefer.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
